Near Roosevelt Rd. and Gary Mill Rd. in Western DuPage County. Duplex house. I'm searching for a mid-aged or any-age-mature straight-male or female to rent room in nice 10-year-old house. Full use of common areas. Two full baths, one whirlpool. Two car garage for our rotating use, third car parks in driveway. Utilities not included. There will be three people in the house -- one is me. There are three bedrooms, the master is a double room. Bedrooms start at $550. Lease necessary. Cul-de-sac quiet neighborhood. No smoking inside. Room for Rent in Your Home
When is a room available? What town do you live in? What do you think the utilities shared by 3 people would be? Do you have Internet and cable connection. I have a dog. He's well behaved, friendly. He's 20 lbs. Do you have a fenced yard? When would you be available to show me your home. What are the measurements of the bedrooms. I'm a mature straight female.
