twice the power than my current car (messed up '95 cavalier) with better gasmileage (V6), win-win. i guess i gotta save a little more money than expected though.
Remember in the early 80's, Chevy marketed the Citation coupe as having the same profile as the 68' Camaro.
Ever since then, I never believed any of their marketing hype or cared to buy a Chevy offering. The only Chevy I ever wanted to buy (besides a C3 Vette) was the 1990's version of the Impala SS. That was a sweet ride.
if you compare the images of the concept on page 1 of this post with the production model images on page 2, yeah - the production is not as nice looking as the concept. i guess it was never gonna be. they gotta leave something for the after-market.
things that i like better on the concept:
the rear end
the side mirrors
the hood
the recessed back window
oh yeah. and the gas cap.

Reason: forgot about the gas cap
I am not a professional car person. I love love love the TransAm! However the new Camaro looks sort of like they opened up a big "car making pit", dumped in a Mustang, a Charger and a Corvette---->and the new Camaro is what got spit out. And not with the best parts of each IMHO.
