My wife and I are coming up from S.Florida to scout the area for possible relocation/retirement.

Since I am a classic car buff I was wondering about emission checks will my old cars be exempt?

We will be looking for 2 to 3 acres in a country setting with a 3-2-2 and a workshop. Our budget is on the low end of the scale and we do not know what to expect.

We would like a low crime area but the quality of the schools are not important.

A 30 min drive to major shopping would be ok.

My wife will be working somehow as a graphic artist and I will tinker with cars to stay busy.

Any ideas or help for the SE area of TN.

Any recommendations for Realtor ?
