Finally, we are gonna to move to Chattanooga. How exciting.
We have a 3.5 years old son. So we need your suggestion on preschool. We will be living in a place about 2 miles south of northgate mall. I found there are two YMCA preshools, 10 miles away though. Anybody has experience with them?
Thank you all for your kindness.

I know a GREAT one in Brainerd but it's probably out of your way...

Jewish Community Federation

I hear this one in Hixson is good:

Welcome Berean Academy, a private Christian K3-12 school located in Chattanooga Tennessee. We offer college preperatory academic programs that integrate the Bible and faith into the learning process.

Thanks a lot for the info. Unfortunately, the Berean Academy doesn't have any open spot right now.
Since we are from foreign country, is there anything different for the preschool founded by church?

Most of our church founded preschools will have a high attendance by church member's children as well as others from the community. The one we attend has some basic instruction towards that particular religion and we are invited to attend meetings and functions by flyers left in our box but noone is pushy and asking "Why don't you come on Friday night?" or whatever. We have children of every faith and color that attend as well as some from other countries and/or nationalities. Being a person of no particular faith I can be easily offended by pushy jealots but have had no trouble at our particular choice of schools. I can't speak for every center of course.
