I'm going to be working in Chattanooga for 6 to 8 months and need to find a furnished unit. A two bedroom home, condo, or apartment close to downtown would suit my needs. I don't have pets, just me.

You should look at sceniccityrentals.com/properties.html they have really nice condos. Also there are townhomes near southside around williams and 17th and long

If you didn't need furnished, the Pinnacle is selling nice condos, completely redone at a low price. They have great city or mountain views depending on which side you buy on.

River Hills Manor on Hixson Pike. 5-10 minutes from downtown, cheap ($570/month for a furnished studio, utilities paid), good owners, and decent/tolerable tenants. I've lived here for a year and a half with very few problems, and if your budget is $1500, I'm guessing you could save/put away some money staying here. Good luck!
