There are quite a few properties for sale in this sub. Anybody know whats going on in this area? Is this a bad indictor?

The parkway extension could be a factor. Personally, I think it's summer and that's when houses go up for sale, period. I was running through Birkdale Village and there are a ton of homes for sale there, too-- doesn't mean anything's wrong though.

Default Gilead Village/Ridge

Sunny, I guess the roads are welcome by some but not good if its practically running in your backyard.

LOL I look forward to it lol just hope they will enjoy the traffic including me.

Gilead road use to run rather straight onto beatties ford before bud henderson road was made out of it. Now you have to make that sharp right so hopefully I can just go to the new road to get onto hwy 73.

I also think a nice 2 lane round about like they have in Davidson would work great with that congestion in that area already.

Huntersville great community southbnd look forward to you being our new neighbors in this area.

Gilead Village are cute homes it just down the road from me if you want me to take photos I dont mind.
I thought about doing that one day taking pictures of the subdivisions in this town since I like photography but then I started thinking about it how do you get the community feel in photos because to me it just photos of houses lol

That would be nice, take some photos in Wynfield Forest for us. That is such a pretty place.

Hey Thanks Sunny and Sheena! We will actually be in Gilead Ridge which I think is an all Ryan community at this point. Another Long Islander headed south, I cant wait!
