I don't think they are very interested in Huntersville, but who knows - on their next trip, they may want to see more of the region. I have a feeling there are nice homes all over the metro for rent. It sounds like they can find something very nice that would "feel" like a permanent home.

After all the reading I have been doing this week on falling housing prices and escalating foreclosure rates, I am starting to think renting is a very good idea right now. In fact, if they keep a condo in MO, they may never want to buy here.
