This weekend we tried the new BAR-B-Q store in Mint Hill. It was great! We went GAGA over the delicious baby back ribs here! They sauce was good and the fell off the bone!($19 for a full rack but sooooooo worth it)Great creamy mac and cheese also.

Never heard of the place but the owner says the original location is in Stallings?
It's called the Mint Hill Rock Store. In the Brighton Park center.

This could be a great cheap eats spot too! bbq pork Sandwich Combo w/side and drink $5.50.
We will try that next!

I wonder if it is their second store. I go to The Rock Store BBQ in Stallings on Old Monroe, Love their pork BBQ but didn't care for the ribs. The beans are great also. Can't beat their lunch special of sandwich, 1 side and drink for 5.50. Just ask for some slaw and they will give it to you.
