Noone really wants to be able to recommend a good oncologist but my dad will be in need of one when he moves down in the fall. He had lung cancer 2 years ago, one lung was removed. Since the surgery he's been doing incredibly well and has been beating the odds. He needs to go through testing every 6 months to check and see if there are any new areas of concern. He's 73 years and otherwise in very good health. Can anyone recommend a good oncologist - CMC or Presbyterian affiliated?

My mother moved to Charlotte about 3 years ago, and began seeing Dr. Steven Lementani for her breast cancer, in remission. She has grown to really respect and trust him, which says a lot because she credits her oncologist in Florida with saving her life so it was hard to develop a trust for someone new. He is at

He may have another location as well.
Best wishes for good health.
