I'm planning to attend one of the concerts at the VZW Amphitheater this weekend...a friend decided at the last minute that he wants to go along, but the lawn tickets are sold out.
Are there usually ticket scalpers standing around outside of the area like they do around the BOA Stadium? Or does he need to find a ticket from somewhere else...? It looks like the venue is surrounded by a residential area...unlike the stadium uptown.
Yeah, there are usually scalpers or just general people that had a friend drop out and have an extra. Just hold up a sign or something or get there early with a sign on your car. There are plenty of them that are alongside the road as you make your way to the parking lots.

The regular people selling tickets can be found closer to the venue/front gate. The scalpers stand on the road holding up signs.
Good to know. I'll be sure to bring some rotten tomatoes with me tonight to throw at them on the drive in.
