Hi - earlier this year the HOA sent us letters saying that the pool will be delayed. But, in the past month or so, they have installed a fence, marked out utility lines and somewhat cleared the area. Is it possible they are going to start the clubhouse and pool this summer? What do you think?

I move into the neighborhood on June 26th. I hope the pool goes in soon. That would be fantastic!

Nope, they are doing an irrigation area. They will not do the pool and house till there are enough houses to support the structure and upkeep of the pool they said. Which bites! The fence is leftover from an existing model home and for safety of the park area for the kids we were told. There is no timeline in place for construction of the Amenities at this time, last stated in emails. Below is an email that has been forwarded to some peeps in the farm! Maybe when the merger is complete we might see a rush? One can pray

The plan for Fieldstone is to have an amenity, but at this time we cannot provide a timeframe for the start of the construction of the amenity. Although we have not begun the installation of the pool, we know that the common area needed to have the safety concerns addressed. We decided to install fencing around the common area being utilized by young children and installed an irrigation system to assist with the maintenance of the common area.

We are committed to building a beautiful neighborhood and when ownership percentage of our neighborhood will support the costs associated with the full amenity it will be built and enjoyed by all of the residents.
Again, I appreciate your email and please feel free to address any additional questions to my attention.
All my best,
Carla Sevilla
