Thanks guys. I found what I wanted. Tried a couple of guys on Craigslist. You get what you pay for. They built a site that is nothing but crap. I contacted 3 Charlotte based companies and selected one. Though it is a bit expensive than craigslist, it was worth every penny. Learned my lesson the hard way. BTW the company I used is GoldenWebDesign.com

May I ask - if you don't mind sharing - what about hosting? I am with VERIO right now and don't know that I want to continue with them. I think I could find the level of service I need w/ less cost. So any insight into what you have found - and if you used a local webhost - would be appreciated.
Look at Parcom.net I've used them for a numer of sites - both personal and for my clients for at least 10 years. No complaints. Low cost. Lots of options. Very reponsive.
