WE have FINALLY settled on an area to relocate after months of research and visiting and all your help and advice. WE want our children to attend Bailey Middle School. NOW we need to build a home or buy one already existing. We are interested in building but don't know what towns or areas of a particula town feed into Bailey Middle SChool. Cornelius for sure and I believe Huntersville (I love Huntersville). But.. were not sure whee to look elswhere or the names of new home communities within Baileys zoning.
We really need your help on new home communities and towns in which to begin looking for communities!!!
WE appreciaite all your helpful information and time in answering our questions!!

Here is the Map. Depending on your price range there should be a good amount. Looks like Northstone is in there, I know you guys asked about it earlier on.

Sounds like you really need a good real estate agent! But correct me if I am wrong, but I think they sort of shy away from making any promises on school boundaries. You are aware that school boundaries change, especially in CMS?

yes we have to be careful on talking about schools. The best thing is to come to a place like this where you can get candid opinions.

Great map. I know there are some new homes being built on Mayes Road near the T-bone with Sam Furr.

Monteith Park is currently zoned for Bailey. There are a bunch of nice resales on the market and I know new construction is going on now too.
