Thank you all for your help. It was recommended if we were interested in a golf community to look at these communities : pinensula, river run and northstone. I looked into the first two very $$$$$. Resale not building in those areas is what we would have to do. Northstone you can't build anymore and you get more for your money.
Any suggestions???

Did you check out Highland Creek yet? It is a great neighborhood and has good school assignments.

oops, forgot about that, was only thinking of it being a golf community and having Mallard Creek High School as its assignment

Yes the options are very limited. I do not think the Penninsula goes to Bailey either. I would have to check.
