Thank you all for your help. It was recommended if we were interested in a golf community to look at these communities : pinensula, river run and northstone. I looked into the first two very $$$$$. Resale not building in those areas is what we would have to do. Northstone you can't build anymore and you get more for your money. Any suggestions??? Thanks a lot!!

Did you check out Highland Creek yet? It is a great neighborhood and has good school assignments.
Yes the options are very limited. I do not think the Penninsula goes to Bailey either. I would have to check.
