How is this site for handicap accessibility?

Also, how's the deal with the ribs work? Are they competing against each other? If so, then is there a specific time of day when the ribs are available to the public, or are they constantly in the smokers all day long? Do you have to pay seperately for the food/consessions, or are they covered by the admission price?

Personally, we don't know.......have never been to Time Warner Cable Arena and website doesn't say much about Handicap Access. This is our first time for the RibFest also, but from website it looks like you pay an admission fee and the food also costs. The rodeo comes with admission.
Sorry, that is all we can tell you.

We went to the cook off today. Maybe because it was our first small town experience (just moved up from Ft Lauderdale), or because we were there too early (from 11 AM to 12:30), but we were pretty disappointed. There was hardly anybody there when we arrived, and even some of the vendors had not set up (advertised to start at 10 AM). The ribs didnt have any aroma to them, it was hard to tell they were even being cooked. 3 ribs for $5 wasnt bad, but we passed on them. My Daughter loved the kids area, and we bought a few things from the vendors. I didnt mind donating the $24 admission and parking to the charity, so overall I'm glad we tried something new. We also went to the nearby Lake Norman State Park to look around, which was cool.
