Where do you find the best deals on fabric -- rolls of cotton fabric, for instance, "bolts"?
Is there a fabric discounter in CLT that I am missing? Please help! (Thank you!)

Two things. Get on ebay. You will find there are people selling short rolls and from NC. Work backwards - when you find someone located nearby, just email them.
Secondly: you will have more luck w/ short ends (wh/ may have more than 20 yards or so) if you check out fabric on 321 N, b/n Hickory and Lenoir.
