I was thinking of moving into the Plantation park at Ballantyne Apts. How is this area? Has anyone stayed there?

Yes, those apartments are nice. I lived there at one point and have had many friends that lived there as well.

If you do a search on the site you will find numerous threads that we have responded too giving good praise and making positive comments about all of the apartments in the Ballantyne area.

Any apartment in the Ballantyne area would be a good choice.

Completely depends on the time of the day.

My fiance' leaves at 6:30AM and nails it everytime in 25 minutes.

Any later and it takes 30-40 minutes. The other day she went in late and left the house at 7:15AM and it took 1 hour because of a wreck.

Also, you might want to consider light rail. When I drop her son off at school in the morning there are several parents that drive to the Pineville light rail station and take the train in. Also, I have a few past clients that moved to the Ballantyne area and they are doing the same thing. Lots less stress they say!
