I'm sure you know this already but you can buy a kit to paint it yourself pretty cheaply. If you've got access to get your wheels off it's a pretty easy thing to do. Sorry but I can't think of a specific place that does this but I'd imagine any custom shop would be glad to do it.
Just about any custom shop can do this or maybe even brake shops that aren't national chains. I can't recommend any shops right now since it has been quite a while since I have had any work done, but you shouldn't have much trouble finding a place to have your calipers painted.
Just do it yourself. Any auto parts store has the kits to do it. But if you really want someone to do it for you I am sure any car audio or car customizing shop will do it.
If you can't do it yourself, join the NC/SC car parts group on facebook and find a import/car enthusiast who can do it for a few $$.... won't be expensive at all.
