Thanks to all of you for your time and help. I was in Charlotte and Waxhaw area a few weeks ago and realized it has just changed too much for me since 1994. It used to be a drive in the country even to get to Matthews. Charlotte has grown into Waxhaw. Going to stay put in the Lewisville/Yadkin Valley area - 150,000 will buy you quite a lot and its been home for 20 yrs. thanks again to everyone.

Smile Thanks everyone - much appreciated.

Thanks to all of you for your time and help. I was in Charlotte and Waxhaw area a few weeks ago and realized it has just changed too much for me since I left in 1994. It used to be a nice drive in the country even to get to Matthews. Now Charlotte has grown into Waxhaw. Maybe if I were 10 yrs younger but I'm ready to kick back and chilax. Going to stay put in the Lewisville/Yadkin Valley area - 150,000 will buy you quite a lot and there's no traffic. ( as a matter of fact 80,000 will buy you a nice small home in a safe rural area) its been home for over 20 yrs. thanks again to everyone. (Allen Tate is helping me find a home here - they are awesome!).

You may have to be 10 years younger to begin to "chillax".
