We are relocating to the East for the first time. We have 3 young kids, with one of 8 and one of 5 years old. We are trying to find out the GOOD and BAD areas, and of course the great recommended family areas. One of us will work downtown charlotte but a 45 min. commute is ok. Any suggestions? We have been looking towards Cornelius area. We are trying to find a home rental under $1500 per month with a larger house as well...any hints and pointers are highly appreciated guys.
