Hello All,
we are planning to move to weddington trace community this November if everything works out. Currently we have home under construction and standard pacific is building it in the community. As we are experiencing some delays and other issues (which could be with other builders too considering the current market), i wanted to reach out to other people and ask about their opinion on the community and quality of the workmanship that standard pacific provides. We have 6 and 2 years old boys. So we also would like to get feedback on the community for the family with kids of that age group.
Appreciate your feedback in advance.

Thaks,

We are in WT subdivision and love it so far. What section are you building in? We have two small children (1.5 & 3.5) and the only problem that I see is that the homes built by Ryan were $700k-$1.1mil. It limited the number of families with children who could afford those homes. Our amenities are not on the same level as Lawson, but are certainly sufficient. I live in my home, not the clubhouse.

In regards to build quality, Standard Pacific's build quality is the reason we chose them. We've had a few issues that were handled quickly and professionally by SP's customer service team. My electric and gas bills are also a testament to their energy efficiency.

If you have any specific questions, feel free to dm me. We love meeting our neighbors!

Thanks lot for your reply. It helps!!!
we are building our house in Phase II of the estate section. We also have issues and concerns and some of them being taken care but some issues, builder showed inability during the construction phase. That is why i just wanted to get feedback on after sale service. Although, sales people in the community are nice to deal with but i guess, with every tract builder, you can't get everything that you want. looking forward to meet with you and kids.
