I had a really bad experience with my son on the YDFL (Youth Development Football League) in north charlotte this past season, and am considering pop warner or the other yfl football league for next year. Football means a lot to my kids and I want to make an informed decision this time around...If you have any input please let me know! We live near Highland Creek and could realistically be on any league/team within 30 min or so.
Thanks!

My oldest played Pop Warner (in Union County -- WCWAA) for two years, and my younger son just finished his first season. We have had a very good experience with Pop Warner -- I would recommend it

I just moved to Waxhaw, does anyone have any recommendations as to whether Pop Warner is a better choice than Parkwood Middle's football program? My son (11) has played with pop warner in NJ since he was 7 and we loved it (husband coached and I was on the board). Any info would be great! Thanks!

Default New to Waxhaw

We are looking for sports teams/sign ups for our 3 kids. Boys 9 and 11. Football sign ups and basketball? Our daughter is 5 and any recommendations for dance/gymnastics?
Blessings and thanks!
