I've only been in charlotte since May. I dont have health insurance, and I have a few health issues, currently my main concern is my mental health. In connecticut we had a few places that worked on a sliding scale, and for some, including myself, was almost free to get urgent help. Is there any places like this in Charlotte? I am in the University Area, and would like to see somebody ASAP, as I feel I'm on the verge of a MB Thank you.

Also you can try calling the United Way by dialing 211, they have lists of mental health professionals and can most likely recommend someone who will work on a sliding scale. Best of luck to you
