I have eaten in all of these at least once and enjoyed each of them.

BT's, City Tavern, & Portofino's are all very good. Haven't tried Saffron yet. Not a fan of Piece of Havana.....given them 3 chances and not impressed. I am Cuban, and grew up in Miami, so I guess I am over-critical when it comes to Cuban food. I have actually learned to cook a few of my favorites myself!

I can see that.

I made no attempt to judge the authenticity of the food at Piece of Havana. I would not know how. I concentrated on the taste of the food, the service and the general ambience of the place.
