No. My husband works on a golf course and takes care of grass all day. So, we bought a house on .28 acres. The back yard is big and fenced. We are across the street from a huge wooded natural area that we can enjoy, but don't have to maintain!

If you are moving in here, we are on an average-sized lot. Hope this helps!

Default Thanks

Thanks... that helps. Our lot is a little less than a half acre, so I'll have a bit more upkeep coming my way. Also, how do you know what phase of the development a home was part of ?

You don't know the phase unless you ask. There is no clear line or marking. I would be sick if I bought in Phase I without knowing it, as homeowners in that phase cannot access the better amenities, but we all pay the same in dues.

There are two Verdict/Dessert menus, Guilty or not Guilty. Here is a link to the menu. Pretty clever.

Hilarious!
So I was right, there is a theme! Maybe I'll drive through and see what it feels like. What is the commute time to the University area and Charlotte?

Not sure on commute time from University area, but Ive driven from the Charlotte Airport a few times. It takes me 30 min to get to the commmunity from the airport. I take 16 (Brookshire Blvd) to 73. Verdict Ridge is an absolutely gorgeous community. One of the nicest golf courses Ive ever seen.
