This is a little old, but I just found out about it yesterday.

FedEx is building a new facility atop the Nitro Market Place, that will have over 57,000sq feet of space. It is now under construction, and is located between Buffalo wild Wings and the Great Escape Theater. This is just more great news for a city and county that has seen alot of new construction in the past year.
