That is right!

This is such a nice part of downtown, and apartments/condos down here are important to the businesses that are already here!

Good to see some development in downtown Charleston. Even though there is only one picture, the apartments look nice. A 1 BR for $777 a month seems a little steep for Charleston unless there are a few utilities included in that price.

I think everything except electricity and phone/internet/tv is included

I love them, and could see myself in one, but not right now in my life
