Hi there,

I'm looking for some help on short term rentals in the Charleston area, preferably under 3 months that are a decent rate. I don't need it to be furnished, but can work with it if it is.

I'm looking for anywhere, besides N. Charleston, because it's just an inconvenient location. Which is unfortunate because they all seem to be located there. However, if there is a fantastic rental there someone can recommend, I'll consider it!

Currently the only two places I have found are Plantation Oaks and The Gardens at Ashley River in West Ashley. Can anyone recommend either of these, or recommend anywhere else?

I can do a temporary sublet or vacation rental as well. We do have a dog so it needs to be dog friendly. Thanks for any help you may be able to provide!

Have you checked out Craigslist or vrbo.com?

Greystar on Daniel Island. They do a short term lease and are dog friendly. I am not sure what you consider a decent rate though? Here is their website: Daniel Island Village Apartments for Rent | Apartment Rentals
