Moving down in a couple weeks... who do I want providing the entertainment at home in the downtown Charleston near Hampton Park? I have Time Warner Cable right now in Brooklyn, but they've kinda been... well horrible since Sandy happened (mind you we're living in one of the areas that was effected by it).
Heard great things about AT&T. Although I've also heard their deposit fee is outrageous. We just switched to time Warner from dish and I like them allot.
Thanks for your response. Good to hear AT&T is getting good reviews... that's my phone company.
Ended up going with ComCast... TWC ended up not being in my area. Not too please, tho. Feel like I got scammed:
I was asking questions online and was convinced to set up my account there. The guy said that I would get a $200 Visa gift card for taking the Triple Play package. When I said I wanted to wait, he said he would give me an additional $100 Visa card and waive my installation fees.
When he passed me on to another rep who set up my account, that guy didn't honor the offer (only the original $200 card), and took nearly TWO HOURS to complete the order... I was so annoyed and pissed. But, nonetheless, I'd already spent that much time and didn't have the patience to try and do it again later, so I finished up. Chalked it up to experience.
So, be warned to anyone reading this: DO NOT create any accounts online. The sales people are in Guam or Philippines and are just looking to make the sale - even if it means bait & switching on the customers.
