Wando is an Olympic sports power, and they are growing in the non-Olympic sports. Almost all of their Olympic sports are some of the best teams in the state. Their girls' soccer last year finished #2 in the nation, and only allowed a single goal all season.

Girls' tennis won six straight Class 4A titles before last year, and baseball has grown into one of the best programs in the Southeast. The boys' basketball only lost three games this year.

Wando is a good school, and one of the main reasons why many people move to Mt. Pleasant.

After having gone to two high school graduations....kind of hoping my third doesn't want to go to his -- boring. When my son graduated from Georgia Tech he asked if we could skip the graduation ceremony -- YEAH!!!!!! <G> I know -- an awful parent.

Wando is big and has lots of opportunities. Your child will find what he/she is looking for...whatever that might be.
