She is already a regular on For Better or Worse a Tyler Perry sitcom. Her front teeth makes her unique like Lauren Hutton, Madonna, Brigitte Bardot, Natalie Cole I think they all did fairly well with their gapped front teeth.

West's last name is not a K name.
So it'd only be KKK if they did a K first name, a middle name Kanye and last name Kardshian.
A K first name, Kardashian middle name, and West last name is KKW, and a K first name, West middle name Karsashian is KWK. There were plenty of options without naming the baby North West.
