A stray cat had kittens under our shed. We found them a few days ago. I've been feeding them. 2 of them have really crusty eyes, so I've been wiping their eyes so they can see. Here's a few pics of them:

There's 4 altogether.

Awwww, poor babies. But still SO cute, and they'll be really pretty cats! Are you planning to rescue them?

Yeah. I've been feeding them. They're also still nursing. The mother is too wild to get near, but the kittens are warming up to me. One kitten cries when I leave her and purrs when I pick her up.

Make sure you give those kittens human contact for at least a half an hour each every day, or they will revert to wild.

They also need some vet care. Goopy eyes in kitties is usually some sort of an upper respiratory deal. Easily taken care of.

Learning......Shadow is still a kitten here...but this was RARE. They do not sit in the window together often....Mind you, these were shot with a P&S camera, not my usual, and the color and such is all over the place, but I was NOT missing this!

So the story proceeds....

Default Foster Kitties in Los Angeles

Spike is the biggest and he still needs more time to be socialized. He's doing better by himself separated from the group.

Mikey is the smallest of the bunch and is mostly ready to be adopted.

Teddy is the third one we rescued the next day.

Archie is the biggest lovebug. He will fall asleep in your arms in a New York minute.

Poor babies. Look at those eyes. Can you clean them up with some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball? Or maybe just some warm water?
