Congrats on your sweet Luna kitty.
We picked up a kitten nearly a year ago from the local pet store who gets their Kitty's from a cat rescue. We named our kitty Luna, partly from Harry Potter, partly from a Cat Stevens song. Little did we know at the time that our quiet little Luna, would have her name expanded to Lunatic after a few days of her living with us. She's a lot of fun, super crazy though. Lol.

Enjoy your newest addition.

Give her a proper first and last name.... Luna Tick.
(suggested with all due respect)

I never know if I am sending messages to my husband or if he is reading my mind because we often think the same thing at the same time. It has happened again.

I have been telling Hubby that Luna needs a nickname. Electra's was "Squeak," Elvira's is "Mew" & Josette's is "Peep" or "Little Jo Peep."

Last night after he fell asleep, I realized that I never told him about your post in calling her "Luna Tick." I had planned on tell him about it this morning. However, this morning Hubby came to me and said, "Her nickname can be 'Tick.'" I just started laughing and told him that I was going to tell him about your post. Today, she had her Kitten Wellness Visit at the vet and we told them that her "middle" name is "Tick."

I'm flattered you considered my suggestion. Evidently your hubby & I think alike. Don't know if that's a good thing or not.

Luna Tick seems to fit her. She is bouncing off the walls, redecorating my living room, and EVERYTHING is a toy.
