Wysong Epigen 90 is good but may be hard to find in a local store. They do ship quick though when you order, and if you dig around you'll probably find a free shipping coupon.

Slightly easier to find locally (usually) and still good is Orijen. You'll still need to dig for an independent store to find it; I've not seen it in the chain stores. But the Wysong is almost never in any stores. Get the regular Orijen if you use it, not the extra fish-heavy one. (Even the regular has salmon.)

That is my experience anyway. I know several stores I can get the Orijen in and perhaps one where I might (no guarantee) find a bag of the Wysong Epigen that's been sitting on the shelf for 6 months. I'm feeding both of those right now for some part of the intake. (I mix them together, and I order the Epigen from Wysong rather than rely on that store.) Amber is getting close to 17 years and I haven't had good luck over the last couple with trying to transition her completely away from the dry. It's a good idea to transition them though, so good luck with it.

Figured there had to be an existing cat food thread around I could recycle, instead of starting new...

Wanted to make a special mention of a canned food I will DEFINITELY be buying more of. Simply Nourish, a brand sold exclusively (and made by) Petsmart, has this "Chicken and Duck Stew" variety...and Nimbus is VERY ENTHUSIASTIC about it. I only had 2 cans at the time and need to buy more, 'cause he reacted to it about he way I do to Godiva chocolate.

Here's why it's different than most brands of canned we've tried:

Instead of having bits or chunks of meat that looked like it could have been processed (ground/reconstituted) for all I know...this stuff has some serious deboned chicken in it that is very stringy and "meaty." Also, this food is free from wheat, corn, soy, and carrageenan for those who are worried about problem ingredients, but it does have some tomato and other plant-based stuff in it (good luck finding a canned food that doesn't, though.)

But anyhoo, thought I'd recommend it to anyone who has a cat that hates pate and wants serious MEAT in the bowl.

My cats like that brand, too. They fight over who will get served first.

I'll have to try the chicken and duck.
