Tangerine Peel Compound Kills Cancers

I heard this on Paul Harvey Radio the other day about a powerful compound called Salvestrol Q40 which is extremely high in the Peels of Tangerines that kills certain cancers. Although the Peel Tastes terrible i'm now eating some of the Peel with my salad so i don't taste it. Here's more about it.....

What an interesting finding.
I love tangerines...I just tried a little piece of the peel...very bitter...but then I chopped it finer and most of the bitterness was eliminated.
