Or is it better off as a territory? What about it joining BC or maybe forming a province with NWT?

why would the Yukon join B.C. or join with the NWT?

There's no need for Yukon being a province or joining others, It's doing well as it's own territory.

I agree with the above 2 responses. Yukon is doing very nicely as it is. Why suggest changing or fixing something that isn't broken?

The Yulon will only ever be a territory. I don't know why people mention the possibility of the Yulon becoming a province but never the other two territories.

Good point. If any of the territories were to become a province, I'd have my money on the NWT, given the larger population and the amount of money that they've got.

This discussion has come up on here a couple of times and I don't think anybody's ever made a case for why, exactly, the Yukon should be a province.
