Looks like it was taken out of context. People actually took time and protested this?

His comments were taken out of context. He didn't say he was a racist. What he said was that if opposing illegal immigration makes him a racist then he's a proud racist.

Okay I get it.

It really baffles the mind that there are people out there who actually support illegal immigration?

Not if your political party counts upon them and their other supporters for future votes!

Did you read the whole article?

I agree with the councilman. If being against illegals makes me racist, then I too, am racist.

Well, when all these supporters of Illegals realize that they are paying for their survival here maybe they will change their tune. Most don't make enough to pay taxes .

Humans migrate, if you were in there position, you would too.

I recollect an entire group that set up an illegal nation within the borders of the United States. It took an "invasion" by the United States Army to enforce the law of the United States over those people.

One man's illegal is another man's moral imperative.

This statement is commonly used by a certain political segment, but it has no bearing in fact.
