What are some start up businesses that do not take a large up front investment where you get cash relatively quickly? You know kind of like insurance (where people pay all at once up front for a year) but that do not require you to already have $1 million

Probably something you can do from home like Herbalife or similar products. As far as getting cash quick, it depends on how good a salesperson you are.

Be very careful not to cross the kind into a service that needs a licence.

No I am thinking something more along the lines of insurance where people pay you before you are required to actually give out any services. You know if you have no money you need to be creative.

Can you go into more detail??

I do a lot of insurance claims work. I have to submit a copy of my licence, proof of liability. A few companies ask for a letter addressing the individual job. The county will ask to be put ON our policy for a job as a payee.

Lawn mowing! If you get a couple accounts it's a good way to rake in the money.

I believe this person is talking about selling insurance. Although there has been a number of posts (and "ads" out there) about selling pre-paid "X" product.

The reason I pointed out Herbalife, and similar products, is that if you can get enough people that regularly buy, you continually get commissions all on sold products.
