I'll be visiting Boulder next month and am trying to find a real estate agent who would be willing to show me around a bit despite my not knowing for sure whether I'll be moving there. Do any of you have a RE agent or even a RE office you could recommend?
Thank you.

I just returned from a trip to Boulder. I went into a real estate office on Pearl Street, Boulder realty Brokers and spoke to Christy Gibson. She took time to educate me on the Boulder markets and offered to show me around to some of the homes that were for sale (even though I told her I was not immediately looking at moving, but was just interested in the possibility of moving). She was very professional and knowledgable, but also very friendly and helpful. I suggest you contact her. I don't have her information on hand but I am sure if you Google the business name you can reach her. I was very impressed and when I do move to the area Christy Gibson has my business.

Google "Silver Fern Blog," and a very informative website will come up that does a bang up job analyzing the local real estate markets: Boulder houses, Boulder luxury houses, Boulder condos, Superior, Lafayette, etc.

The blog is written by a principal of a real estate firm. Read the blog and judge for yourself. I have a lot of confidence in them.
