I've recently found some excellent Mexican in Longmont though, La Panda up on main st (not sure of cross st) and Tacos el fogon up by main and 21st i think.
Yes, also try El Taquito on Main Street, right downtown in Longmont.

Oh, and because people are talking about BBQ, Longmont's Georgia Boys is the best I've had since moving to Colorado BY FAR!

Default Moongate

We just love asian food and never have enjoyed it as much as we do Moongate Asian Bistro on Pearl in the 1700 block (I think) on the south side of Pearl St. the prices are very good too. And hey they even deliver if you wanna stay home and have asian food.

Default Moes BBQ

We ate at Moe's BBQ tonight and have to say we weren't that impressed. It seems to be a popular spot here but we didn't feel too happy with what we got for the price.

I just googled, and John's on Pearl Street is still around. And it's still pretty pricey (I'm talking from 25+ years ago too). I'd call it a must-try place. Very intimate. Obviously an institution if it's open after all these years.

Thank you, we keep wondering about eating there. We will try it soon.

I love John's! Some of the best food we've had in Boulder.

Trattoria Bacco's is good at Uptown Broadway. Mondays are happy hour all day and I love to get my monday Margarita Pizza $6., it is so good I think I'm headed for one tonight. We don't care too much for 4580 Uptown Broadway and very expensive. But the Salvadorian restaurant up here is good.

CoCO10: do you still have a group that meets up there on mondays? I plan to come one of these days but Mondays tend to be late ones at work for me
