My wife and I are moving to the Boulder area this summer and looking for any suggestions for specific websites for rental homes. I know of craigslist but didn't know if there were some specific to Boulder. Thanks

Izzi, also give padmapper.com a try, it pulls data from multiple rental sites.

I have, they are nice and rarely answer the phones as they seem to always be on showings. Here's the only thing I don't like about Housing Helpers, they set 5 families an appt for the same time. All families look at it together. First one with a check that get approved wins. Don't like that.

If you don't mind it, then you will love them. Just dont get your hopes up. Maybe you can request to see it alone and the next day it comes up. I even had a girl there on the look out before everyone else saw it. Good luck
