I am looking at a house for rent that is located around lanyon park in longmont. Can anyone tell me if this is a good neighborhood (not the ghetto).

I'm sorry, but I would not choose to live around there.
Lanyon Park has had a lot of issues. There was a murder there last year and there has been a good deal of crime in the area, sadly.

Lanyon Park has had a lot of issues. There was a murder there last year and there has been a good deal of crime in the area, sadly.
