I don't have all the books but I have several and I purchased them so I could read them but that will have to wait until I am out of school...

I also want to collect the DVDs, both my daughter and I love the work.

I have all six of the books (read a few of them twice), I have seen all the movies (some of them three or four times), I have pre-ordered the seventh and final book (sob!) and I will be first in line to see the movie coming out in July. I'm a total Harry Potter nerd and I don't care who knows it!

Thumbs up Hell Yeah!

Awaiting the next! Don't do movies though - ruins books!!! With a few exceptions, I don't like fiction books - I like REALITY! So there's no way I could watch a Quidditch match on film! That would look so retarded! In my mind, it's fine...

I have read all of the books twice and am eagerly awaiting the 7th. I draw the line at getting dressed up as a character to go buy the book though. It is one thing when parents do it with their kids... when an adult man by himself (or with his also childless wife) is [are] dressed up, it's kinda creepy.

I have read them all twice myself. I am looking so forward to the last book of the series. My hubby jokes when the new book comes out, he is going to put a lightning scar on his forehead so I don't totally ignore him!

OHHH Yah....No kids here except the 4 legged kind

I've got all the books and when each one comes out I read it then re-read the whole series

I don't have any of the movies yet as I'll wait until they've all come out and get a set or something.

I love that they've gotten kids off the computers a bit and actually reading again. Reading was hard for me until as an adult I was required to take a reading comprehension course and was finally diagnosed as mildly dyslexic. Now my house is filled with books and I read all the time. If my grade school and high school teachers could see me now they wouldn't belive it!

All but the last one. Not sure what it was, but I just couldn't get interested in the story. My wife chewed through it in a hurry though!

I preordered the final book the first day that I could from Barnes and Noble....... and last year I took my son to London so we could take a Harry Potter tour. I have pics of both of us at Platform 9 3/4 holding on to the luggage cart............. we went to Gringott's bank (Australia House), and visited Christchurch College at Oxford University. This is where many of the Hogwarts scenes were filmed.

Here's a picture- I blacked out my son's face (sorry, I've been burned by posting a personal picture on a forum before) but the HP fans should recognize the staircase from the movies...... At the top of that staircase is the room that was used as the dining hall. And the exterior of the building was used in some shots as well.
