books you'd like to see on tv or movies

I know of hundreds of books I'd love to see as movies. Hollywood needs to do more of that instead of the druck they're putting out now. Comic books aren't the only things worthy of movies. In fact, I'm sick to death of superhero movies as I'm not a 14-year old boy.

There are a couple of television miniseries that I'd love to see remade as series on HBO or Showtime. Stephen King's The Stand, and Herman Wouk's Winds of War and War and Remembrance. Okay, three that I'd love to see remade.
