We are hoping to relocate to the Boise area soon after military retirement. Not sure what my husband is planning on for work yet (fire fighting, high school teacher/coach, etc.), but we like that area and have family (with no children) in the area. We, however, have four small kids elementary age and younger so our family there is not as helpful.
We like the SE Boise area, but am unsure what the neighborhoods are like. We would be looking in the $250-$300k range and would rather be a smaller house in a neighborhood than a larger. I like all the schools in SE Boise from what I have read. Any input would be great. Two additional small questions if anyone knows - 1) What is that large sports complex used for? 2) Any info. on Surprise Valley - looked nice.
