Yes, the defense seems to ratchet down much tighter in the playoffs.
If the Cavs play the Bulls in the first round, the Bulls will be going home early, IMO. That is unless Chicago can get healthy but I doubt that will happen as the season winds down and if the standings are close, they'll be fighting for home court and end up playing their starters more and more.
Whoever comes out of the east might last 5 games against whoever comes out of the west.
Yahoo Sports is a joke but they ranked the Cavs #6 in their latest power rankings. What a joke!
Power rankings are typically pretty shallow analysis.
I'm not sure what to make of Cleveland until the season wears on.
They lost 9 of 10 and have now won 11 straight.
Some of that is due to the trade but most of it was because their schedule got hard and then easy.
(Something I'd noted back before Christmas around here)
It's impossible to tell so far because the trade coincided with the difficulty of opponents dropping immensely.

That seems pretty decent to me. 6-8 seems reasonable for a team that has won 11 straight, has the best player in the NBA, just beat OKC, Portland (without said best player), Clippers, Bulls during their streak and has what appears to be a much better team than they did to start the season.
You might want them knocked down a place or two, but I'd hardly call it a joke.
I wonder how long Curry thinks he can just come down the floor and launch up three pointers like he is playing basketball on a saturday afternoon in the playground.

What genius at ESPN decided showing the Clippers/Raptors tomorrow would be better than showing Warriors/Hawks??
If the Hawks reaached the ECF or further they should have a lot of ESPN games next season
