For conventional commercial airplane flights, probably what matters more isn't the airplane itself, but how the airline chooses to outfit the airplane. Width of the seat, leg room, presence or absence of a video screen in the seatback, presence or absence of an electrical outlet nearby - this all depends on how the airline chooses to specify its order from the manufacturer. I've seen stripped-down Boeing 777s that felt like DC-9s from the 1980s.
That said, my favorite would have to be the Airbus A-380. It is remarkably quiet. Its mass and high wing-loading greatly improve gust-tolerance, for a smoother ride. And A-380s tend to be ordered by the more upmarket airlines, such as Singapore Air or Qantas, so the cabin is better equipped. A seat in economy-class on a Qantas A-380 feels like a seat in business-class on a United or American 737.
Very smooth ride almost every flight I've ever had. Very well-engineered plane. I feel quite safe on one of those.
