I found this picture while looking for something else and I have to say, this is ASTONISHING. It's the V10 engine out of the current BMW M5 completely broken down to its key components. People tend to forget just how complex modern cars are...here's a bit of a reminder.

Well, if you knew how to take it apart and put it back together, you'd save a lot of money on repairs!

Yup that is nearlly every part, but still not every part, and just the engine with much of the injection, but not all. Now just think you get to fix it or some high school kid does.. You know, that kid who flunked English... The one they pay 8 bucks an hour....

Having worked for several dealerships I can assure you that the technicians are not high school dropouts making $8 an hour.
