just traded for a used truck (like a Dumby) I gave the guy the title that night he said his wife get the title to me the next day its been 5 days now no title I called left mesg email they have not been home what elas can I do?

Call the police. You've been ripped off. I hope you at least had a bill of sale?

This happened to me once. Luckily, I had a notarized paper saying the lady owed my the remainder of the transaction. This may or may not have meant anything at the time. Never again will I let the title out of my hands without having every dime.
