I want a 4wd, but in the F150, not sure I want to spend the money (for an FX4). I love the room of the F150 which the Silverado lacks (back seat especially).

Just curious if you guys like the F150 better than the Silverado, or vise-versa.

I'm looking for a SLIGHLTY used, low $30k range.

Ford hands down! The earth hates GM so much is recently swallowed 8 Corvettes as punishment for costing taxpayers $10 billion dollars in losses.

Either are fine. Buy the one you like best and can get the best deal on.

I just bought a 2014 F150 Super Crew, and you're right about the space in the rear seat.

I looked at GM but got the best deal on the F150 (plus the only GMs I could find which were close to what I wanted were white and I didn't want another white truck).

i want an fx4 BAD but too much $$$. I can however, get a silverado lt 4x4 with leather, etc low miles for low $30k's. in the ford, for the same price, i'm looking at a more base model fx2. no leather, no 4x4. but the room!

its just crazy that the loaded up 4x4 silverado will cost the same as the base model fx2.

definitely want a crew cab with either one i choose, low mileage (like 10k miles or so) and in the high $20k to low $30k range. i've ruled out the ram 1500 and the titan. narrowed it down to just the fx and the silverado.

I own both but in 2WD trim....Ford (platinum F150) has a great interior, but I don't think it is as tight as a GM (handling, bumps, brakes are subpar). I needed another truck (had several GM's over the years, bought a Ford last time) and went back and bought another GM 2 months ago.
